In Hong Kong, the Insurance industry is often being labeled as “Sales”, “Insurance” and “Agent”; however, this philosophy has changed. We need to change from “Manulife Insurance” to “Manulife Financial” because “Financial planning” means providing professional financial analysis and solutions to our clients such that their needs and constraints are fully satisfied. “Financial planning” expresses our professionalism in the Insurance industry.
